Outside our borders, the “Tarta de Santiago” (almond cake), “Crema Catalana” (Catalan cream), “Flan” (custard), “Arroz con leche” (rice pudding), “Leche Frita” (fried milk) or cheesecake served with Spanish fruit compotes and marmalades are well-known and appreciated. When it comes to ice cream, Spain has a long ice cream tradition dating back to the 17th century when the Neapolitans brought their ice cream-making art. In our assortment, you will find various presentations of organic ice creams made from natural fruits, as well as flavors like Nougat, toasted pound, fruits with cellar, and many others.
Finally, the famous “Churros” deserve a special mention. Besides being ideal as a dessert, they are often consumed for breakfast or as an afternoon snack, always accompanied by hot chocolate or coffee with milk. Our frozen churros are handcrafted, following the same original recipe from the 16th century when shepherds made them in the countryside with flour and water.
